The new trend that has prevailed in the USA and wants houses that are small, but luxurious, up to a maximum of 20 sq m, inspired the Engineer to create original compositions and provide unconventional solutions. Here the limit is not only space! These small apartments make the most of their compact layout – they are 20 square meters in size, polymorphic, so as to “fit” everything, but they have an abundance of unique personality. We placed greater emphasis on detail, luxurious materials and lighting architecture with the aim of stimulating the visitor’s senses.
